What the Berg lacks in rapids, it certainly makes up for in tree blocks! Being confident around tree blocks will definitely improve your overall Berg experience.

Following these few basic tips will greatly improve your chances of getting through the tree blocks on the Berg without taking a swim:

Having built up a decent base in April and May, you need to use June to start tapering your training.
